With its multi-core performance, 7nm power efficiency ratio, and core graphics optimization, the AMD Ryzen 7 4800H excels among mini PCs. I. Core Performance
– Strong multi-core performance: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H adopts 7nm Zen 2 architecture with 8 cores and 16 threads, a base frequency of 2.9GHz, an accelerated frequency of 4.2GHz, and a TDP of 45W. Its multi-core performance is outstanding, with a multi-core score of 4,420 points on Cinebench R20, which is far superior to the scores of Intel Core i7-10750H and i9-9980HK, and even close to the desktop class. 9980HK, and even close to the desktop-class Ryzen 7 3700X, making it suitable for multitasking and running professional software.
– Single-core performance and energy efficiency ratio: Single-core performance is slightly lower than Intel’s high-end models, but the difference is smaller (about 5%-10%). 7nm process brings better energy consumption control and high performance output at 45W TDP, which is suitable for mini PC’s compact heat dissipation design.
